Please kindly update us any change of appointment or cancellation as soon as possible so we can accomodate other customers.

Redo / Refund Policy
​
We understand that from time to time a customer may want to make an adjustment on their service. Should you have any questions or concerns about the service you have received at our salon, please notify our salon manager within three days of your service. We will happily bring back our guests to correct our services within two weeks of their visit. We encourage that our guests return to their original stylist. At Layers we stand behind our work, do not hesitate to reach out to us directly! We do not issue any refunds for salon services!
